Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Alcohol & Drug Testing Services LLC ("ADTS," "we," "us," or "our") provides this policy to explain information handling on our public website at adtsllc.com.

Scope of this policy

This policy describes our public informational website and its links to our online store. It does not describe all information handling in our testing services, support-ticket system, or client portals. Those services may involve different information and processes. Contact us if you need information about privacy in connection with a particular service or record.

Information you provide

When you contact us through the website or by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, and message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and handle your request.

Please do not send test results, medical information, Social Security numbers, passwords, or payment-card details through a general website inquiry or ordinary email. Contact us first to ask about the appropriate way to provide sensitive information.

Website and technical information

When you visit a website, your browser sends technical information needed to deliver its pages. Our website and hosting services may process information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring pages, and access times. This information can be used to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems, and help detect misuse.

Some fonts, scripts, and other website resources are delivered by external providers, including Google Fonts and content-delivery services. Loading these resources sends the provider technical request information, including your IP address. These requests are separate from the optional analytics and social-content choices described below; rejecting optional features does not stop every external request.

Cookies, browser storage, and your choices

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage is another way for a website to remember information on your device. Our cookie preferences panel separates necessary preference storage from optional features. We remember your cookie preferences in your browser for approximately six months. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website usage and enable optional Facebook features. These providers may receive information about your device and interactions and use cookies. You can accept, reject, or change optional features through Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choices apply to this browser and may need to be selected again after clearing browser data. Withdrawing consent stops future optional activity but does not remove information already shared. Separate services and linked websites have their own privacy practices.

Online store and PayPal

PayPal handles payment checkout for our online store. ADTS does not directly collect or process your payment-card details through the website. We receive your name and shipping address for order fulfillment. PayPal handling the payment does not mean that we receive no personal information about your order.

PayPal handles information supplied during its checkout according to its own practices. Read the PayPal Privacy Statement before using that service.

How information is shared

Operating the website and responding to requests can involve service providers, such as website hosting and email providers, that process information for those purposes. Optional analytics and social features send information to the providers described above when you enable those features. PayPal processes checkout information as described above.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or legal process, or as reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to people's safety.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through the website. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

How long information is kept depends on its purpose, the type of record, and applicable business and legal requirements. The browser preference period above is not a retention period for all website information. Contact us with questions about a particular record.

Privacy questions and requests

Contact [email protected] with website privacy questions or requests concerning your information. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information. We will review your request under applicable law and may need information to verify your identity and understand the request. Please do not include sensitive documents in your initial email.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the public website, please contact us so we can review the matter.

Other websites

Links may take you to websites or services with their own privacy practices. Review those providers' notices before submitting information. Our cookie preferences do not control those services.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or information practices change. The updated policy will appear on this page with a revised date. Any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided.
